A kitchen with a wood burning stove and hanging pans

Denver’s booming hotel scene shows no signs of cooling off anytime soon and as specialists in the commercial real estate space, we love keeping tabs on all the new projects breaking ground and opening for business.

One of our favorite trends right now? Stellar hotel restaurants. Gone are the days of the ho-hum hotel fare. Denver hottest hotels are opening with some of the city’s most-buzzed about restaurants and bars under the same roof!

This week we’re checking in on some of these new hospitality spaces and bringing you along for the ride.

The Maven

This 172-room boutique hotel transformed Denver’s Dairy Block after opening in March and quickly became a hotspot for travelers and locals alike to grab a delicious bite to eat at one of the two on-site eateries, Kachina Southwestern Grill and Poka Lola Social Club. The scene at Dairy Block is about to heat up even more with the recent announcement of Milk Market, an Eataly-style food hall that will feature 14 restaurant and bar concepts from renowned Denver restaurateur Frank Bonanno.
