Liz Hester

With 20 years of experience in the design industry, Liz has a deep understanding of placemaking and the many disciplines involved in the process. As Vice President of Operations at SideCar, Liz brings an innate talent for developing processes and creating efficiencies, combined with a passion for communication and building strong partnerships.

Her role at SideCar primarily includes:

• Refining and implementing operational policies and guidelines
• Supporting leadership with company-wide communications, effective decision-making and strategic planning
• Overseeing all financial and Human Resources processes
• Ensuring an exemplary client experience from onboarding through project completion

Liz graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a BS in Interior Design, and she is a proud Badger. In her free time, she enjoys entertaining, hiking and spending time outdoors with her husband and young son. She is also passionate about providing quality early childhood education and familial support to children of all walks of life, leading to her service on the Executive Board at Family Star Montessori, a nonprofit school with two locations in the Denver Metro area.
