With nearly a decade of strategic public relations, communications and design experience in the commercial real estate industry, Lizzy brings a nuanced understanding of the built environment to SideCar. In addition to her expertise in the commercial space, she also has a background in finance and accounting, providing her with insight into the complex economics of real estate.

Lizzy’s responsibilities at SideCar include:

  • Engaging with clients to create holistic and results-focused communication strategies
  • Securing favorable coverage and increased client exposure through established, collaborative relationships with media partners
  • Crafting and refining compelling content – key messages, talking points, press releases, bylined articles, marketing materials, website copy, bios, social media content, awards submissions, blogs, and more – with market-relevant and newsworthy angles

Before joining SideCar, Lizzy served as Director of Public Relations and Communications at Newmark, a leading, publicly traded commercial real estate advisory and services firm. In this role, she supported reputation-building communications initiatives at both the company and national levels. Lizzy also oversaw public relations strategies and outcomes for diverse business verticals across 25 offices in the Central U.S. and Canada.

Lizzy holds a master’s degree in finance and a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a minor in business, both from Colorado State University. When she isn’t working, Lizzy is likely running, practicing yoga, reading, tackling home improvement projects and spending time with her husband and dog.
