Senior Associate, Social Media

We’re looking for a senior associate specializing in social media who can enhance client presence and build strong online engagement with key audiences while highlighting client expertise, showcasing projects, and reinforcing client messaging and brand personality.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and content to engage and grow a variety of client accounts in the commercial real estate, community-building and placemaking spaces. A successful senior associate will collect and review social media data and continuously develop new and more effective campaigns to keep channels relevant and content timely.


Job Responsibilities

  • Work with proficiency in current social media platforms and metric-reporting programs
  • Possess proven B2B and B2C strategies to engage and grow channels organically (and through paid campaign best practices, policies, etc.)
  • Baseline accounts and develop comprehensive strategies for engagement and growth
  • Produce engaging, relevant content that demonstrates an understanding of each client’s unique brand voice
  • Monitor each client’s social media accounts and respond to engagement in a timely manner
  • Maintain working knowledge of industry influencer base and how best to engage them on campaigns
  • Analyze the long-term trends and needs of clients’ social media strategies and proactively enhance or course correct as needed
  • Collaborate with client leads to integrate social media into overall communications strategies
  • Keep up to date on emerging social media trends and educate team on best practices
  • Develop monthly reports on account performance and opportunities
 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
  • Proven track record of creatively developing content for multiple clients, programs and communication channels
  • Near-perfect communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Serious familiarity with the AP Stylebook
  • Genuine passion for commercial real estate, development and placemaking
  • A ‘can-do’ and self-starting attitude, and motivation to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to learn from and share with others
