& Approach

Strategic Foundation & Message Architecture

SideCar developed a comprehensive communications framework that translated highly technical concepts—financing tools, zoning law, infrastructure funding and water supply—into clear, accessible language for residents, media and elected officials. This included briefing books, FAQs, collateral, websites, social media and executive summaries aligned across all audiences.

Council & Government Communications

Our team served as an extension of the City’s internal communications function, producing Council updates, briefing materials, work-session summaries and decision-support content tied to key milestones. We ensured Councilmembers had timely, consistent and defensible information ahead of public meetings and votes.

Community Engagement & Public Trust

We designed and executed a predictable engagement cadence working closely with the public affairs partner, from monthly community meetings and newsletters to surveys and office hours, ensuring transparency and two-way communication throughout the planning and pre-development process. Special emphasis was placed on financing clarity, water usage facts and taxpayer protections.

Issues Management & Misinformation Response

As public scrutiny increased, we built rapid-response messaging around water quality, infrastructure funding, taxes, and development impacts. This included social-ready explanations, FAQ updates, and internal guidance on when to respond, correct or remove misinformation.

Digital & Content Ecosystem

We led the architecture and launch planning for the West Greeley Entertainment District website, newsletter platform, and social channels—creating a scalable system to carry the project through construction and beyond.
