& Approach

When the Loveland Housing Authority set out to launch Legacy Crossings, the opportunity extended beyond a single development, it required clearly communicating a unique public-private partnership and building early understanding around its long-term impact on the community. With land donated by Crossroads Church, the project needed thoughtful positioning to align stakeholders, build trust and establish momentum from the outset.

SideCar PR was engaged to lead the strategic communications approach, developing a comprehensive messaging framework that clarified the project’s purpose, articulated its community value and aligned all partners around a shared narrative. This foundation guided all communications, equipping LHA to effectively engage media, partners and the broader community with consistency and confidence.

Through targeted media relations and proactive storytelling, SideCar introduced Legacy Crossings to the market in a way that emphasized collaboration, community benefit and long-term impact. More importantly, this work established a strong communications infrastructure to support the project beyond its initial launch, strengthening stakeholder alignment, building credibility and helping the Loveland Housing Authority build momentum around a development designed to serve the community for years to come.
