Strategy
& Approach

Since 2020, SideCar Public Relations has served as Firm of Record for the RiNo Art District, providing integrated strategic communications across planning, executive positioning, media relations, crisis communications, social media, and community engagement. Our work has supported pivotal initiatives including leadership transitions, district-wide advocacy efforts, major placemaking projects such as DENVER WALLS and the opening of built assets such as the RiNo ArtPark and Truss House, and the successful 10-year renewal of the RiNo BID.

As part of the BID renewal effort, SideCar Public Relations led messaging strategy, executive counsel, media relations, and the development of a comprehensive impact report documenting a decade of progress. Throughout a highly visible and sometimes contentious process, we provided real-time communications support and media guidance alongside the district’s public engagement partner, culminating in unanimous Board of Directors and City Council approval.

Strategic, consistent communications helped reinforce RiNo’s identity as an inclusive, arts-driven district with strong community and stakeholder alignment.
