With 10 years of experience in journalism and commercial real estate analytics, Molly brings together two of the biggest facets that define SideCar’s work: Strong communications skills and a passion for and knowledge of the commercial real estate industry. By offering a deep understanding of how market trends impact individual projects and how each project is connected within the fabric of local economies, she weaves together narratives that speak to the audiences that matter most to our clients.
Her role at SideCar includes:
- Developing media materials that both grab a reporter’s attention and tell a compelling story, leading to greater client impact in news media.
- Using knowledge of market trends and industry insight to develop bylined articles, informative website copy and other communications materials that help clients put their best foot forward.
- Maintaining a database of commercial real estate statistics and metrics to strengthen our clients’ narratives across their respective platforms.
Prior to joining SideCar PR, Molly worked as a senior research analyst for CBRE in Denver, where she produced in-depth research reports and whitepapers, conducted economic and market analysis, and prepared and delivered presentations to small groups and statewide organizations alike. She previously worked at the Denver Business Journal and BizWest Media, covering commercial real estate, construction, finance and retail, among other topics.
Raised in Colorado, Molly received a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Technical Communications, with a minor in English, from Colorado State University. She lives in Denver and when she’s not at work, she can be found on a hiking trail, reading, running or volunteering.
