SideCar PR loves all things Denver. Whether we’re launching a brand that will help enhance a neighborhood or spreading the word about the latest record-setting project, we strive to capture the character of the Mile High City in all that we do here. Sometimes those efforts lead to serendipitous opportunities outside of our usual wheelhouse.
Such was the case with DRiNk RiNo. After working with several clients in the area, we were introduced to the folks at DRiNk RiNo, a 501 (c)(6) not-for-profit trade association of independent craft adult beverage producers dedicated to promoting and celebrating the independent and wild spirit of Denver’s RiNo Art District.
Since its inception in 2017, DRiNk RiNo’s mission has been to put RiNo on the map as a must-experience destination. As the epicenter for the craft adult beverage industry in Denver, the organizations within DRiNk RiNo contribute significantly to the area’s economic vitality. Through contributions to the RiNo BID, DRiNk RiNo has also helped improve the neighborhood’s infrastructure with increased walkability, safety and access.
From 2017 to 2019, we led a pro bono marketing and communications strategy to support the launch of DRiNk RiNo, and quickly leveraged the power of owned, earned and social media to connect and engage with Denver residents and tourists. From message development and website design to social media and media relations, we strategically shared DRiNk RiNo’s story to encourage people to support the neighborhood’s breweries, wineries, cideries and distilleries. Check out some of our results below!
Social Media
During that time period, we transformed their social media engagement with posts that highlighted individual members and the organization as a whole, as well as created a process that encouraged all members to share upcoming events, announcements and happenings.
