Alexis brings nearly two decades of strategic communications experience across agency, corporate and global brand environments, including more than 13 years helping build and lead SideCar. A trusted advisor to executives and organizations navigating growth, change and visibility, Alexis is known for her ability to bring clarity to complex communications challenges. Her approach blends strategic intuition with speed and precision, helping clients articulate who they are, align stakeholders and communicate with credibility across audiences and channels.
As President, alongside founder and CEO Sarah Cullen, Alexis oversees firm operations while remaining closely involved in key client accounts. Her leadership upholds SideCar’s standard of excellence while guiding teams to deliver communications that strengthen relationships and drive bottom-line results.
Before joining SideCar, Alexis served as Corporate Communications Manager for ProBuild Holdings, Inc., where she led internal and external communications programs supporting nearly 400 field locations nationwide. Earlier in her career, she worked in media relations at Level3 Communications, Inc., a global telecommunications provider, where she developed and executed media strategies for the company’s European and Content business groups, significantly increasing media visibility.
Alexis earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Arizona. As a passionate advocate for civic engagement, she contributes her communications and industry expertise to the Downtown Denver Partnership’s Planning and Community Impact Committee and serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit King’s Point Pool. Outside the office, Alexis enjoys gardening, travel, spending time with her husband and two sons, as well as curating a growing collection of vintage fashion.
